Darex E95 Rebuild

I have just acquired a E85 endmill sharpener. There is a problem with the feed mechanism of the motor assembly. Watching the demo videos on youtube, it appears that when the crossfeed is operated,the motor tilts forward and backwards to move the grinding wheel towards or away from the endmill held in the collett. The machine I have seems to have something missing. The casting that holds the motor just sits tight on top of the main body and consequently neither adjustment knob works. It seems that there is something missing from underneath the main motor casting... some sort of casting between the adjustment shaft and the motor casting. The manual download does not show anything in the exploded view. The two bolts that go through the motor support casting go straight through the crossfeed adjustment shaft screwing into the adjustment block. There must be something missing. Does anyone have a drawing or photo of what is underneath the motor support casting.
