How are the old 3-sided bearing scrapers sharpened?

It isn't like I have a tapered babbitt bearing to scrape, but in my file drawer I have a Nicholson bearing scraper. Looks a lot like this one:

What is the actual procedure to sharpen these tools?

Traditionally they were slightly concave, produced by grinding sideways across the wheel, so stropping on the stone produced small flats and sharp edges.
 
The old 3 sided files were my source for homemade using a surface grinder or bench grinder wheel, and just off-hand grinding.

I bet they were used for building the pyramids way back when.

Q: What is the actual procedure to sharpen these tools?

I would concave/hollow grind sharp to the shape needed/wanted and then bump with a fine oil stone.
