Jones & Shipman color

I am reconditioning a Jones & Shipman Cyclindrical grinder. In the process of preparing some of the accessories for paint. Does anyone know the paint code or name of the original blue color they used?

Unfortunately it isn't a RAL or similar 'coded' colour. The only supplier I've come across, so far, who make a match is Paragon Paints.

I also came across the Paragon Paint.
I thought it might of been wishful thinking it was a RAL.
