    Default Lathe help please

Hi all! I have an enco 110-2075 that the top of the carriage where the tool post sits is missing. I've looked and I've been told that I may have trouble finding this. Is there anybody that I can call that can help me?

Call these guys. As they bought Enco: https://www.mscdirect.com/product/details/54972542

Many of those cheap machines were built in the same factory using the same blue prints as they copy everything. You need a complete saddle that includes the cross-slide and compound. Tell them everything including screws, nuts, wipers, gibs, etc.

You can check with these guys too:

Shop Tools and Machinery at Grizzly.com

Once you get it, it will need to be fitted by scraping. I see your in Texas. I have several students from Texas who would be able to help you fit it. Once you buy something, let us know and we will see who you can call. It may cost more then the rusty machine is worth though. You may want to open the headstock and see if the spindle bearings are rusty. Let us know what you find out, good or bad. Good luck

Probably cheaper to just buy another lathe. That one looks like it will probably have other issues.
