Milwaukee is the same as a Kearney & Trecker model H. There is a roll up clutch that has hardened dowel pin rollers (39) in it and it wears groves on wedge angles that the pins roll on (40) and expands inside a hardened round cup shaft (58). There is a spring (43) that sometimes break too. . Look at Page 20 on here. http://www.vintagemachinery.org/pubs/2098/22758.pdf You will have to pull out the knee front housing cover to get at it. We did a thread on this 4 or 5 years ago. I will see if I can find it and link it here.

The old thread. K&T and Milwaukee feed clutches were the same design in many of the different models.
