I'm getting my workplace shop back into shape. It was in mothballs 6 years ago when I was given custody. I have been chipping away at it. In between work duties.
I recently cleaned up the BIJUR spray misters mounted on both machines a SuperMax and Bridgeport 2HP. Both have been less than taken care of but I am rescuing them. I am more drawn to the SuperMax.
I've done lots of other more priority things you may notice the new Y axis motor. That and both axis boards have been replaced.
I got both misters cleaned up and new hoses but the nozzle tip I fear is damaged and the orifice looks too big. The coolant just streams out and will mist if I put the air on high to it, but way to much.
I would like ideas or suggestions for replacement or repair for this nozzle end that would use both hoses. Can you help?
