This Old Mill Book, Bridgeport style mill rebuilding guide

Does anyone have an email for Michael Morgan? He sells a book and DVD on scraping. I purchased those no problem, I like to book so far and would like to purchase the book titled "this old mill", but its not listed for sale on the site and I have had no luck using the email on his site, as they bounce back.

Anyone have a copy of the book they would sell?

No help with the mill book, but I do recommend the book and DVD if you encounter them. Morgan gives a good introduction to scraping, reading and interpreting a markup, and step scraping to get where you need to go. He's methodical and disciplined in what he shows.
