I am working through the repair of my Aciera F4
As you can see from the picture the front door is bent in.
I have annealed aluminum sheet for forming and straightening using a torch and a water bath to soften the material to avoid cracks.
I have never done this with cast aluminum.
Could anyone give some advise as to how to proceed?
