Just wondering if someone can give some feedback on why there isn't any interest in this machine package on this website. The machine is hardly used and in excellent shape and comes with tooling, rotary table, and rotary table accessories. Any ideas? Is this not the place to sell this machine?

Seeing how you asked. There were two low hour 2006 VF-1’s both with the 4th for sale 6 miles away from me two weeks ago. One sold for $7500 and the other sold for $6000. A low hour 2015 VF-2 with the 4th sold for $15k. Add the 18% premium and that’s the going price. If this Hong Kong Flu keeps going around, they’ll get even cheaper.

If you’re at the right auction, Cat 40 tooling sells for scrap weight.

90's cuts it down pretty hard. Lack of Haas support for old machines doesn't help either. Especially a machine in the starting out category.

$10k cash can buy some pretty bad ass machines from the 90's and early 2000's right now. I've seen similar footprint, same age, larger capacity top name Jap machines with full 4th and tooling sell for a tenth of what you are asking.

I'd say it's probably worth $10K with the 4th and that's mostly from the 90% markup used Haas machines seem to get.
