Mazak SQT-18M for sale Mississippi

I have a Mazak SQT-18M lathe with live tooling for sale. It is in excellent condition t plus control with eia enabled. I also have several live tool holders, parts catcher and bar feeder. Everything works great and holds .0002 on parts I make. I also have b60 chuck with master collets for s style collets and a set of b60 collets, Kitigawa 10 inch chuck with a box or 2 of jaws, b42 collets chuck, and numerous spare parts. I have all manuals. It has t plus control, new tool eye, spindle was rebuilt a few years ago, turret and mill drive just rebuilt along with lubrication system and tailstock. This is an excellent lathe my shop does not have the work to keep it busy. I am asking $40000. Would possibly take partial trade on a good Haas tl1 or similar lathe.
