    The bed is pic 2
No motor - it is built for line shaft.
It's ass_u_med that one would supply their own water wheel or hit-n miss.

Mobile lathe too. And you know it's heavy duty because it's got dualies to truck it around.

It has a built in brake grinding attachment too. Frankly I'm surprised it doesn't change the oil and fill up the fuel from an elevated glass bowl.

Was at a monthly tractor auction "chalkers" near Cleveland....they had Amish made quick attach plates (for skid loaders).
The welding was soo long, slow, & thick the plates were warped all over.

    Hand crank!

I don't think I've ever hand cranked a diesel before.

Parked on the chop pile hill to start on the way down - sure, but not crank....

Some of the little ones for marine hand-crank. Sabb, for example.

I wanted to put a air-start on the deetroit but didn't get aroundtoit

And they have spring starters you can wind up, too. That's sort-of hand crank.

I watched a young Amish kid doo it. IIRC it was a 2 cylinder.

He was Humping up and down like crazy to get it going....

Now they buy HF 13 hp Chonda's with the electric start, and use a battery.

and dewalt cordless tools, with HF solar panels.....
