Just go to the local dentist who might have a bone saw and get your foot cut to size.

One boot..good, so you only have to chop up one foot.

I wonder what color everything else is in town. I'm glad I don't live in Orangeburg, I guess.

Here is the ad if anyone is interested in this fine fine purchase.

Just thought I would close this out, and put eBay seller: getgreatdeal up on the wall of shame. He implied that this is a Suburban Tool cylindrical square (it's clearly an SPI), I told him it was worthless in the condition it is in. He basically told me that he knows it is an American made piece and that he was only asking a fraction "$125.00" of what it is worth. The seller thinks it is worth over $500.00 in the condition it is in, and insists that he is right. Another seller to avoid on the bay. Welcome to the wall of shame "getgreatdeal".

I think the seller is quite correct, and to show how correct he is I'll offer to sell my thoroughly rusted Ford Escort to him for the low sum of $6000. Sure, it won't start and the tranny lost all the gears, but it's still a great value!

It's not worth $1.25 in that condition. Sandblast it and use as a door stop or paper weight.

Honestly I was thinking of offering him 30.00 for it with shipping. I could regrind it and use it (it would take hours to do properly), I would save some cash and be able to keep the item from the scrap yard, but for what hotrod wants I'll just leave my cash in the bank. I really want to make a "wall of shame" for these sellers, really just start putting them on blast, but the notion of "no press is bad press" just makes it worthless. And it would only be a matter of time before the sellers got wind and started to abuse it to weed out competition, I saw it happen on one of the automotive forums a few years back.

I see an auction here has a "Hardinge Second Position Lathe". I wish I'd been there when they were still operating to see operators dancing around the machines. OSHA probably gave them a no-no on tutus though.

If you would plié keep such tempting auctions off this site, my wallet would appreciate it.

Seriously, there was some money in that place. I wonder what happened to them.

I know nothing about the company but was curious too. They had set up a clean room, though with temporary partitions suggesting it was a recent venture.
