It runs well and the bearings are quiet. The light does not work. It is missing the short tube from the valve to the wheel, but it is complete otherwise. It comes with three used wheels.
It is heavy so shipping will be expensive. I prefer local pickup, but will consider shipping if needed.
I can possibly meet someone along I-80 in PA. I frequently travel between Clearfield and the New Jersey border.
