Beautiful condition, I'm calling it unused. Maybe it was used once. It runs silky smooth and the air spindle floats with no leakage. It has a borazon wheel. There was a hint of flash rust on the ways that I cleaned off and a bit of rust on some of the black oxided parts. No wear from handling or use. I cleaned the cosmoline off the collets and they also look to be unused. It's really nice overall with just some paint chips from being moved around.
