I have for sale a RealMeca VMC. It has about a 5'x5' footprint and is 220 single Phase so it will fit in a garage nicely.
It is Servo driven with a Fagor 8500 controller. Micron movements. 8 ATC and 5000rpm high torque spindle. The limiting factor is the controller which only has about 100k of memory. However you can drip feed to the machine quite easily. It is working great and I can send video of it in action. I am the second owner and neither of us used the machine very much.
I used this machine to create watch parts very accurately and it has earned me enough money to afford a Haas CM-1.
