Powered up and available for inspection. Best I can tell by serial number is that this is an early 80's machine, it came out of lab in Silicon Valley. Last used in 2016. I'm going to pick up a tenths reading indicator to run a basic inspection. I ran some tests with a .001" reading indicator, and the needle hardly budges (I looked at the collet gap wear point on the spindle, carriage "twist" near headstock vs near tailstock, leadscrew/half-nut backlash near the headstock vs near tailstock). The collet racks are full with fractional sizes, but I haven't checked for missing sizes or doubles. The bed looks decent apart from one divot.

Just curious, does anyone know why the vintage Hardinge tool room lathes have held their value so well over the decades while at the same time the chuckers (I have owned one for 25 years)have become next to worthless even if in nice condition and well equipped? Pretty sure the OP doesn't mind me bumping his thread to ask this question.
