I think your table is from a fixed table for a radial arm drill. Are there any identifying markings on the casting? I am looking for a universal table for my carlton.

I think its quite possibly from either a radial arm drill or some large boring/milling machine. I can't find any markings cast into it, unless there is some hidden on the bottom that I can't access.

Thats kinda sad, they are still really expensive new and I like them.

I suppose for that kind of money I'd be better off just keeping it.

Build that battle ship I always wanted as a kid :D

Inverter welders have taken over. The 350 class of inverters go to 400+ amps with a reasonable duty cycle and are usually 100% duty at 300 amps. And they only weigh like 60 pounds, run on any voltage single or 3 phase.

My Syncrowave 350 is a 1000 lb refrigerator and my XMT304 will basically do the same thing plus a ton of other neat stuff at 50 pounds.
