If you are referring to special floor accommodation I don't see that as necessary. Depending on floor condition of course.
My guess at weight is 2000# plus/minus.

A plate roll capable of rolling 4" thick stock that only weighs a ton? I would think each individual roll would weigh more than that with a total well north of 20-30 tons. Are you sure you didn't mean 1/4" and mistyped?

72" x 4" = 72" long x 4" diameter rolls. I'm not sure of gauge capacity. John

That would be 14ga capacity at best for that length roll.

I have searched for a manual without luck.
How do I tell if I have an "initial pinch" roll machine?
Both ends of all three rolls are adjustable.

Initial pinch is just that. The first two rollers are one above the other, and pinch the sheet initially. The trailing roller is the one that bends the sheet. Another choice is a pyramid roll, where the rolls are arranged in a pyramid.

FYI I have the same set of rolls, they are rated by Niagara for 12 ga
