Temco Heat Treat Ovens - 2000deg F - business/commercial - by owner - sale
Heat treat oven pair. Say high heat on top, temper below. On heavy duty roller carriage. Space for quench tank underneath. Includes electrical substation enclosure with two twin pole 30 amp breakers feeding twist lock connectors.
Updated controls. Digital Watlow 93 controllers can self teach furnace response curve. (Among other things.) Omron H3CA timers are mounted but not in circuit. Use them as you see fit. Equipped with Eurotherm RSDA-660-50-100 Solid State Relays. Nothing in the control to wear out. Cross fan ventilation in control cabinet. Full documentation on furnaces and all other control elements. Also includes a copy of a Watlow Heat Transfer Educational Series book. Lots of relevant information on the heat treating/transfer subjects.
Part cavity is 8 1/2 X 9 1/2 X 13 1/2". Includes some spare blocks of fire brick to set parts on. Name plate says 23.1 amps per. This unit is 208/230/240 single phase.
I've owned these ovens for nearly 20 years. Have seen almost no use. Always in temperature controlled environment. Brought them both up to 500 degrees a couple weeks ago to verify they're still operating.
Load for free. I am dock high only here. (48") No ground level access. Shipping dimensions on a pallet are 44 X 48 X 81 tall. Weight is about 1550 lbs. Freight, Hot Shot or LTL shipping entirely buyers responsibility. All the info you need to obtain a quote for that is in this ad.
