Stark jeweler's lathe, size 3 1/2, 1920s, on its original period industrial bench, has original manual, Has replacement Dayton motor. Includes a reversing switch. Lathe has collets and 3-jaw chuck, independent 4-jaw chuck, Contact JamesRI, $1200 OBO.

Nice machine. Priced a tad on the high side. Probably you would get more interest if this ad were in the machinery for sale sub-forum.

Several tads, depending on the quantity and quality of those (unseen in the pictures) very hard to find collets. And the unseen second set of jaws for the chuck. Looks like a deal well suited to Craigslist.

What i want is a #4 with the horizontal mill on the left side of the headstock. I have a regular #4 which is a beautiful machine, but with a mill and dividing head it would the bee's knees for clock restoration.
 
Thanks everyone for your comments. Attached are some additional photos. The manual isn't in the photos but it's in good shape.
