Tentatively, there is a buyer interested. I am going to respond to those who emailed me about it. To those who asked, there is no forklift available and a local rigger would be needed to move everything out. Timeline, for those who asked, would be preferably end of June, July at the latest,

    Bill

It's a story you probably heard too many times. I'm tired of working this job, after my full time job. I want to just work 40 hours a week with a guaranteed paycheck, no additional headaches required.

But I seriously doubt even ONE "PM'er" has actually even BEEN there, let alone is BASED there. PM's Amin folk should mebbe look into making it easier to NOT end-up with that default location?

As to moving that shop, if it were bought as a package?

    Agertool?

How much TIME does the buyer have to clear it ALL out?

And is there a forklift on-site, or at least "available" locally for easy hire?

Taken one at a time, nearly everything is an easy load. No 20-foot 1898 shapers, HBM's, VTL's, nor thirty-inch lathes with 20-foot beds.
I use tapatalk to access PM. I’ve tried on several occasions to change my location through this app and it always resets after I input my state. I’ve given up. I live in Illinois

I’m sure it would work then, but I just don’t get around to it.

thats a neat, complete and well organized shop....that was the evening and weekend second job? What are going to do all the extra time, watch football or honey booboo? Heck of a deal for someone....personally I'd hold it a bit in case I change my mind, but you know you

That is a very interesting deal, and a lot for the money. Assuming that there is lots more tooling and inspection equipment that is not listed. Perfect setup for someone that wants to start up with a manual repair shop!
