Tree J425 for sale. 7500.00 obo

Since I'm closing up the shop, my friend that shares space with me is doing the same. The machine is in good working condition except for the coolant pump which will need replaced. It uses the PC2100 (Vickers) control. The remote pendant is new, the hard drive has been replaced with a solid state clone. The original is still functional and is included. The cmos batteries are also new. Machine is still under power, I have a forklift to load to your forklift accessible truck or trailor. Includes a complete set of factory books for the machine and control. The vise in the picture is not included, but can be purchased along with a large lot of tooling and a matching second vise. PM, call or text to 419 two65 one688. Forgot the touch screen dosen't work, he just used the mouse and keyboard to program. This is a one owner machine, bought new in 1997.

The Tree is still looking for new home. Package price for the machine, all the books, all the arbors ( minus the tools), and the Kurt vise in the picture is 8500.00. I will forward any offers or questions to the owner, just trying to help out a friend.

Just an observation here...but raising the price doesn't seem like a
good idea to get something sold.

If you reread the original post, there was no tooling or vise included with the machine. The new price includes all the the arbors and a very nice Kurt d688 vise. Not my machine anyway, just listing for a friend.

We read your posts, I agree with digger raising the price isn’t the most effective way to push a sale. Maybe if you threw the extras in with the original price or kept them separate and lowered the original price. You stated the tooling and vice were for sale separately originally but then later raised the price and said the stuff was now included, so In effect you didn’t do anything and the price is technically unchanged. So your friend wants 1000$ for 2 vices and tooling? What’s the specifics of the vices and tooling? A “large lot of tooling” doesn’t mean anything to me.

EDIT: I was mistaken, so your friend wants 1000$ for ONE vice and tooling?
