These are pretty darn scarce in any condition and well worth capturing. It may be important to note that Monarch still supports the L&S machines. Parts are pricey, but they exist and they will recondition these to factory new standard.

You really don't need to resort to ones that are beat to hell if you really want one. Nor figure out your own shipping. This one has crap for accessories but from what I can tell it runs well.
And my guess is their shipping is going to be cheaper than you can work out yourself.

I’ll get pictures sent out and respond to everyone that PM’d me their email later today. The combined weight of my trailer and the lathe has to be somewhere around 13k so I’m not going to far with it in a 2500 pickup. I can guarantee the 7200lb quoted weight in the Sterling Add is wrong by about 2000lbs.

For $16,500 I’d expect a whole lot more myself. Their lathe is listed as a Powerturn but it’s a Powershift.

You are correct on the weight. That lathe will be at least 2000# heavier, if not 3000.

I have no idea where Jake is, but that has the 2 speed tail stock and is likely to be a tool room model with TA, extra threads in the gearbox etc. I can't believe it's siting outside.....sacrilege!
