Looking for a Milltronics MB19 or MB20 in decent shape.
A Fryer MB14 or 15 might work for us also.
I have also looked at a Hurco Hawk30,but I am not sure the table load will handle what I want to do.
We are a small automotive racing engine shop that is looking to start doing aftermarket block sleeves that just can not be done with my manual rottler boring bar with any precision.Other jobs that would be done are lifter bore bushings which is why a good amount of Z travel is needed.I do them now in my bridgeport with a riser block,but too time consuming to be worth it.
I am looking for this type of bed mill,as I do not have a ton of floor space.This will be our first cnc machine,so my thoughts are to start out small and learn with something older.
