Hey all!
Finally registered to the forum but I have been reading a lot of info in the past few years. I am looking to pick up a reasonably priced small benchtop lathe as stated above. 220v is ok, single phase is a must. I would prefer something that is similar in size to the Rivett 608 or Wade 8A. Anything bigger will not fit in my shop and I do not have any desire to have a large machine at the moment. I am doing mostly hobby work and will be creating fittings for vintage espresso machines etc.
Thread cutting capability is a must!
My budget is around $3k. I don't know if that is realistic, but I figured I would put it out there!
Thanks in advance!
