    Default Can you hepl me with this special type of taper

    I got this holder with 14 schaublin ES32 collets, there is no back thread for a pullstud. The clamping seems to be with ball bearings on the taper itself.

    taper 30 I think (1.250 max dia. on taper, length 1.875)

    I believe that is a quick change system that uses an adapter that mounts in the machine taper. Cant remember the name of it though. You dont see them much any more.

    So, you mean a quick change holder that's going into taper40? Ill look into that.

    well, that's Weldon quickchange holder, the pilot holder looks like this, so not exactly the same. 25957952_3.jpg
