Logan milling machine
While searching for info about a LOGAN MILL. I found there weren't many made. I have one, and thought some of you may get a kick out of seeing some pictures of mine. It has 8X36 table, the base is 23X31 and stands 76" tall. The motor tag says it was made in 1967 JAPAN Enjoy

Love the step pulleys on that machine, plenty of adjustmentment- what is the spindle taper- anything special about it ie would it take Bridgeport heads on the far end of the turret and so on?

Heard they were made, but never seen one. Could you step back a few feet and give us a couple pics of the whole machine?

There was co-mingling / interbreeding / acquisitions and etc between Logan, Houdale / Powermatic, US Burke, Rockford and Millrite and frankly I can see what looks like similarities. I bet it's not a clean and simple story. Maybe Logan Actuator can chime in with some insight.
And as an aside a B'port J-head would bolt right up to a Millrite vertical.
