I dropped by Ft Lewis liquidation yard today. The government seems to have heard us---tarps and shrink wrap is found on more machines than past. And this gives rise to a mystery--a sizable lathe recently transferred from Trident base. I had no idea as to make--documents on machine stated builder.
So a quiz--should you choose to play. Guess maker.
Tailstock is distinctive and of minor help in this mystery.
I will add hint every few days.
