No, I prefer something like unity** ….and decent music.

** Brexit is just a family squabble that was allowed to get out of hand, ………………………...and failing some miracle, my country - the UK will pay the price for at least the next generation, ……...by which time most of the instigators will either be dead or rueing the day they let themselves be taken over by the far right elite, ….......who will gradually turn this country in to a society of haves and have nots, ........with of course them at the top of the heap.

Inspired by the score of the film "A Clockwork Orange" and arranged by Beethoven. Or something like that

    So was the American Revolution.

You actually want to return to Richard who could not speak English, visited the country once, Gave you John and the twelve year old queen, pissed away all your tax money on proving what a man he was on stupid crusades, then got himself captured and you had to cough up yet another gigantic ransom ?

Unity, babe. Where the yuropeens tell you what to do and suck up your treasury. Very cool.

Come to think of it, wasn't it the squareheads who captured Richard I and held him for an outlandish ransom ?

    History repeats itself ?

    Sami - you're always right.
BUT IMHO, the alternative is just plain shit. ANY country with any money, will be raped to fund their continued dream.
Latest being they're not about saving the planet - this is the biggest con of the 21st century - this is about more wealth distribution and huge contracts for the big companies.
Commission's €1 trillion bet on green deal financing

BTW - I know the UK are fully on-board with all this, so we're going to get raped to pay anyway. Being one of the fixed 5 of the UN, despite what people may think, we (UK) help drive global policy so we're going to pay - make no mistake.
But i'd sooner have my government telling me what to do, rather than someone who was elected by MEPs and only by a narrow margin in a vote of one...and isn't even in charge of a Country...because it isn't a Country...
Oh...and her country aren't meeting their "green goals" anyway...and they've ramped right down the building of the inefficient wind farms, and looking to build a few more coal power stations...

Must say the father makes Archie Bunker look like a pillar of the establishment. And Megan has had the very bad manners to take a newspaper to court ,and for damages ,too. Not done ,old chap, and so soon after poor Rupert and Lachlan got a spanking in the courts.....And as for the haves and have nots, well Blighty has run OK for 5 thousand years on just that principle,so why change now.

I read a funny (to me) comment on a link somewhere where he was doing a rant, and a few people had commented calling him "mad dog".
One girl said "i call him bad teeth hitler"
