It is individuals and the companies they command as ARE.

    Australia has healthy contributors.

It was a book from you lot "Rights and Responsibilities of a Director" I adopted, gave out many copies of for ethics training, Hong Kong, US, EU Executives.

Thinner. Got straight to the meat. In plain language. An Aussie trait, generally.

Ditto the manner in business of my partner in HKG of many years. From Hobart, originally.

But since you asked "who": Japan. The EU. China only recently. Canada was in reasonable balance.
    Mexico we f*****g ASKED FOR.

China, as well, but only partially.

I read Thomas Piketty's book "Capital in the Twenty-First Century" which got good revues which I'm afraid didn't impress me that much, but one comment stands out. For every borrower there is a lender and if you add all of them up, the sum should be zero. Basic double entry bookkeeping. The fact is that it comes out to a very large negative number. There is a lot of money somewhere out of sight. Swiss numbered accounts, Malta, Seychelles Islands, Costa Rica? If we can't see it, it certainly isn't being taxed.
