Does anyone know of a company that sells a system to add a chemical treatment to carbide tool shanks in order to reduce or eliminate slippage and "pull-out"?

Thanks. That's one option. I'm looking for a more consistent, controlled and automatic method.

long ago a machinist thought a shaft would hold better in a coupling if he knurled the surface to give more to grab
.
it just knocked the high spots of the knurl flat under load and then it loosened up. a abrasive grit coating does similar under load the sharp points crush and or sink in and the fit is loosening up under load
.
a weldon flat on a end mill shank with a set screw close to the flats size holds a end mill good although when extra tightened its been known to cause bore to go out of round from set screw tightening. many a time i have seen runout increased by excess tightening of set screw
