    Default a new CL funny..

CNC MACHINIST PROGRAMMER, SETUP AND Q.C. INSPECTION - manufacturing - job employment

Stumbled on this today. I don't know these people or the job. Just thought it was funny with the $18-34/hr range.

EDIT: Not sure from the ad if they want a machinist/programmer/QC, or if the ad is for one of each? And/or the pay is for one or the other, or all...?

    (:

Looks like they want 1 of each.

A little disappointed...I was hoping for a juggling clown or something "funny"

In 1993 I ran cnc saws that cut silicon wafers for the semiconductor industry. Computer chips.
Those saws didn't have as many functions as a mill but we did all three jobs.
    Measurements were in microns.

Not sure I understand what is funny about the ad. Perhaps a bit poorly written but it looks like they are looking for 2 different jobs with salaries from $40-75k/ yr depending on experience? Does that seem low? High?

The pay range is "funny". How many people will apply that they will offer $34?hr? I am betting none.
