I was reading the want ads in our local newspaper up here in Hayward Wisconsin where lake cabin is. I am so happy and surprised to see a 1/2 dozen Want ads for Machinists and Maintenance Men in nearby machine shops and Mfg. plants. Just a year ago there were none up here or in the Twin Cities,accept maybe I saw 1 or 2 ad's from a temp agency looking . I remember in the 70's and 80's in the Minneapolis Star and Tribune there were pages of want ad's. I hope we can start to see that happen again here and all over the USA and Europe. I wonder if anyone else is seeing more ad's in their locations?
