    I agree. Payment for my products is by bank transfer only. Surprising how many US companies find this to be extremely difficult. As you write not just within the EU but with most countries a bank transfer is simple. Could be the main reason US companies find it "difficult" is because they don't normally buy from abroad or go through a "third party".
