    Very cool. The cuts at 10:10...looks like something built into platform legs. Would love to hear more about that.

    When I look at the size I wonder if or when someone will build one that's self sufficient, sail it out to sea and declare it a country.

    Water does cover about 70% of the world surface so why not?

    It'd be citizens and not tourists.

    I don't understand (not being able to read the language of the video description, nor the comments) what they accomplished removing the drilling platform. The drilling was over and they removed it and left whatever it is called that the oil is dispensed from the well from?


    I thought there was some sort of thing to click on youtube to "translate", but I don't see it.

    Theres a english copy of this, or there was but i can not find it. yes its for decommissioning off shore platforms, they then come back and cut the sub structure down to well bellow water level - remove it where they can using large heavy lift rigs.
