No interest, but cost down? 300 series stainless is going at around $6 a pound for up to 1000# unless it is 3rd world country junk. Ever since Russian invaded Ukraine, the prices have been going up by the week. Maybe you can find someone with NOS pricing it off what they paid for it.

Yea i know everything is going up....LOl
used to pay 45 for a 4x8x16ga carbon sheet , last time was 135....:willy_nilly:

I just wonder where that line is to sign up for that 8% yearly inflation, like the line to sign up for white privilege, I missed it. Like you I am seeing shop supplies up 30% to almost 200% in the last 1-2 years. I get sticker
shock when something didn't go way up. Let's go Brandon!

What price will be acceptable ?

Well McM is the middle man, so they are buying from someone....If I could bypass the middle.........

Like all of you, looking to lower cost of product.....LOL

Now how am i supposed to give u a number???

Assuming markup for McM lets do $3.25 for the studs.

I must be missing something here...........

Milland they only sell to dist so no go with Interstate.

Have you reached out to a fastener supplier near you(not Grainger or Fastenal)? I use Packer Fastener(they're 7 minutes from us) and there's only been a few cases where they couldn't get us the best pricing.

You can check with "All Ohio Threaded Rod".
They are just down the street from Dead Man's Curve in Cleveland.
IDK whether they would do 316 or not tho.
