Im quoting a job.
thinking to blanchard 6 x 16 inch 4340 plates HT'd to 38 Rc.

one side needs to be flat .005 and we only have about .050 room to cleanup 100%


10x 100 piece batches

what should it cost?

as i don't have a PO in hand, was looking for something a little informal/
 
Let me guess. You want to start with .250" stock and finish at .200-.230"? If this is for DLA, all the parts like this I have seen are awarded for ridiculously low prices. I don't see how anyone is making any money on them.
