Need Grinding Wheel Arbor Washers

I need to find some raised center washers, for grinding wheel arbors. They are steel, 3"D x .110" Th.+- x .500" H. The center area is raised for about 1.150"D.

These are used on special bench lathes, in the production of musical instruments. What we have a stamped. I'm hoping to pay under $10. Sopkos must be a lot more than that.

I usually just turn these to suit on a lathe. Easy enough.

if not having any 3" round stock....One can ream or drill a .500 or 1/2 hole hole in a piece of flat stock, rough/hack it near round, then chuck it on a stub, out of a chuck and turn the diameter and face on a lathe..

or: Make hole and turn diameter with hack flat stick to near 3" round , then finish on a stub post with a bench grinder. Yes scribe the 3" OD circle off your punch mark for rough-in.
