Need quote to get a few parts made

All parts steel, 1020 minimum but other materials may be OK if that's what you have handy.

Make 2 shafts with keyways
5/8" od x 23" long
1.25" od x 18" long

Bore 2 gears and 2 handwheels. Cut keyways and setscrews. I have bought all new parts, no old junk to deal with.

Make 2 small wedges

Fab 3 flat plates
1/4" x 1" x 26" with a 3" slot
1/8" x 2" x 23" weld the wedges on to this one
1/2" x 7" x 20" with 2 tapped holes

Fab 2 small brackets from 1/4" x 3/4" flat and weld together

Turn a couple of 2" dia Vee rollers


PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you a .pdf file. It's 1/2 meg so should be no problem to download. It prints out as 6 pages 8 1/2 x 11. Then if we come to an agreement I'll send you a box with all the purchased parts. You make the machined stuff and put it back in the box and send it back. 4 weeks delivery would be good, a little longer will be OK.

48 states only please, and if you're in the vicinity of Pontiac Michigan, even better.
