need quote for some nylon pins/inserts

i need quotes asap for some nylon inserts. .125 dia. x .165 long. we will supply material. quote using .125 material (just face and cutoff) and using .250 material (face, turn to .124-.126 dia., and cutoff). all parts must be deburred complete. very hot. give me quote and delivery time. we will ship material directly to you. need about 600 pcs. can give more specifics to you when i get some ballpark quotes back. thanks. ASARGENT, this item is .125" Ø acetal pin x .187" OAL, $2.71 / box of 50 pieces (( McMasterCarr part # 97155A409 ))

I don't know if this helps you out, but it is definitely cheaper than cutting off and facing plus deburring OR turning from .250"Ø stock, facing , cutting off and deburring as you state in your post!

pins are made from "nylon 6/6-zytel 101" i believe we did check mcmastercarr and the material wasnt a match. thanks anyways.
