Just need one piece. Unfortunately my university closed our shop :/ otherwise I would do this myself.
I can give a CAD model or drawings if desired.
1" long, 5/8" of the length 0.470" OD(tol +0.003) the other 3/8" length threaded to 1/2-20, all bored out to 0.25"
All tolerances not specified +/- 0.02
Any metal is fine, just nothing much weaker than 6061.
