I normally turn these but my shop is being redone. 3 week lead time. Link is to the print. PM if issues opening/viewing print, or any questions pertaining to the part. Tapping of set screw holes isn’t required; I’ll do that on this end. Thanks.

Allowable inside corner rads?

I’d say there doesn’t need to be any. I’ve never put these units into service so I couldn’t say if that area would impact the function negatively. I’ve made 25 units for a customer that was based on an original, which the print reflects.
