Hello all,

Our company is looking to have this part made. I have attached a picture outlining the basic shape. I know most of you are busy but if possible we would like to have it delivered in 2.5 weeks.

It will be distressingly expensive to make that part as-drawn. A few changes, especially allowing a rectangular corner instead of the as-drawn hemisphere, would help a lot.

What quantity? 1, or 1,000?

whoops! AL 7075-T6. Although a nice pink bubble gum might be considered! The quantity would be 10.

Are the flats on the hose barb end really necessary? The orientation of those flats will immensely expensive.

Yes, the flats are required. This part is for a medical device and our customer is willing to pay for it.
