I am looking to have a part made for my Vintage 1911 Oliver 20B Pattern makers lathe. It is a simple part but all the other online places want you to upload a 3d model. I only have autocad so this is an issue. Well I hope you might be interested and give me a quote. Attached is a simple PDF of what I am looking for. I am not real familiar with the types of steel so I would take your recommendation on that. This is not a high precision part so I wouldn't even know what tolerances to specify.

Thanks Todd

What's the thread form on the 1.75-6 thread? Standard US unified? Acme?

Does the 1/4-20 tapped hole go all the way to the bore? And the 0.375" deep hole on the opposite side is untapped, like for a pin wrench? Can you tolerate a drill point bottom on the 0.375" deep hole, or does it require the flat bottom as drawn?

Any requirement for circumference finish? Raw 3.75" bar mill finish allowed? Skim cut allowed on nominal 3.75" bar (yielding slightly undersize OD)?

thread form looks to be Standard US unified.
Yes the 1/4-20 goes all the way through.
the hole is for a pin wrench so drill point is fine.
skim cut on the 3.75 is fine and the od is not critical.
I may adjust the thickness down some from the 1" shown
