Hey guys, I've called every investment casting shop I can Google up and the only ones that would even quote it want 4x reasonable cost. I don't understand what the issue is, way more complex parts are made every day.

Part could either be 3d printed wax investment cast and machined or preferably just 5 axis machined from round bar. It will need some minor tweaks to be done on a 5 axis and I'll be happy to make them with miminum clearance info of your equipment.

I have a solid file I'll happily email to anyone serious, here's a picture of the part in question that a shop in Indiana attempted to investment cast and then didn't machine to print. Quantity is initially 12 pieces for prototype testing, then hopefully 100+ of this specific part with 100-1000 parts of similar design for other applications.

Thanks!!

I'll give you a shout over the weekend talk some machining and diesels see if I can't help you out been awhile....
