RFQ - 8 6061-T6 Aluminum Components

We are seeking 8 - 6061-T6 Aluminum Components to be manufactured.

Jeez, I think a lot of you guys are gettin' to be grumpy old men. Yeah the drawing isn't perfect but, believe me,
I've seen a lot worse. If there are issues with the drawing I'm sure they can be worked out. I've made lots of
parts with nothing more to go on than a rough sketch on a napkin--you work out the details as you go along. I
guess my point of view comes from running a job shop for the last 50 years or so. When you're fixin' stuff on
the fly you don't always get perfect drawings but parts still get made. Seems that a lot of you have lost your
sense of adventure...:D
 
To help some of you guys out that are scared of the feature, of course one option is WEDM, but also you could get a .050 cutter custom ground to set beside a .062 staggered tooth or similar cutter and put both on an arbor together. That is how these profiles were produced back-in-the-day.


Now - he Shirley seems to have some ghost dimensions yet tho. ???
Like that .530 at the bottom - I have no clue what that's about?
