Jeez, I think a lot of you guys are gettin' to be grumpy old men. Yeah the drawing isn't perfect but, believe me,
I've seen a lot worse. If there are issues with the drawing I'm sure they can be worked out. I've made lots of
parts with nothing more to go on than a rough sketch on a napkin--you work out the details as you go along. I
guess my point of view comes from running a job shop for the last 50 years or so. When you're fixin' stuff on
the fly you don't always get perfect drawings but parts still get made. Seems that a lot of you have lost your
    sense of adventure...

To help some of you guys out that are scared of the feature, of course one option is WEDM, but also you could get a .050 cutter custom ground to set beside a .062 staggered tooth or similar cutter and put both on an arbor together. That is how these profiles were produced back-in-the-day.

Now - he Shirley seems to have some ghost dimensions yet tho. ???
Like that .530 at the bottom - I have no clue what that's about?

    Many posts deleted.

Again - if you don't have anything helpfull to post on a RFQ thread, don't post.
This is NOT a discussion or open comment forum.
