I made one of these and did it in 2 pieces however I think doing it as one piece, parting the 2 halves with a slitting saw might be better.
1" holes from the side, 4x counterbored 1/4-28 holes from the bottom and 2 counterbored 1/2" holes from the top and all the 3D profiling.
