I am trying to find a shop with the capabilities to manufacture the attached part.

Material is 15-5 H925 Stainless and needs certs.
It will need to be passivated to ASTM A967 and ASTM A380. If you can do this it would be a plus and push the due date back, otherwise we can handle it.
I can supply tolerances for the square drive. They aren't very tight.
General Tolerances:
X.X: +/- 0.1”
X.XX: +/- 0.03”
X.XXX: +/- 0.01”
Angle: +/- 2 Degrees
Ideally would have it to Vancouver, WA in two weeks (2/25) without passivization.
U.S. based shops only, with preference to local shops due to shipping.
