I bought a 5c Indexer for cheap. It is a NOS, US made Kalamazoo, but it must have not made it through inspection. The short cylinder that supports the cylindrical portion of the collet is U/S about .001-.002. Anyone know of an economical job shop that could handle this job? Even a hone would probably suffice, although the material is hardened, my guess is 58-62 HRc.
